Joy’s Southern Corn Pudding 2 cans creamed corn 1/3 cup milk 2 eggs, beaten 3 tablespoons sugar 10 single-square saltines crackers Dash of black pepper Grated cheese for top Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the cheese. Mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese lightly on top. Bake until the top is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
