Baked Cheese Cake (Aunt Carol's)
Filling: 2 lbs. Softened Cream Cheese 4 Eggs 1 pt. Sour Cream 1 T Vanilla 1 & 1/2 C Sugar 3/4 C Milk 4 T Flour |

Instructions: Add sugar to softened cream cheese, add 1 egg at a time, beat after each egg. Add the following ingredients and beat after each addition: milk, sour cream, then flour and vanilla. Pour mixture over crust. |

Bake @ 350o till golden brown. Leave in the oven for 1 hour, DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR! Place cake on counter for 1 hour, then run knife around the sides of the cake. Cake is best if made the day before you need it.
